This is the second Community Plan for Spelthorne. It has been produced by a range of local organisations from the public, voluntary, business and community sectors who are all committed to achieving this. The Spelthorne Community Plan seeks to address local, regional and national issues that affect life in the Borough. The Plan has set five priority areas to address:
- Safer Stronger
- Children and Young People
- Health and Well Being

- Housing, Infrastructure & Environment
Two other priorities have been identified: Community Engagement and Stanwell, a Priority Place
