	The Corporate Plan sets out the council’s values, aims, corporate targets and action plans. It details the improvements we have made over the last year and sets out our improvement plans for the next three years. As part of Best Value every local authority is required to publish information on the previous year’s service performance and the targets for improvement over the next three years.
