Aims
|
The Council's Independent Living Team regularly surveys customers in order to monitor levels of customer satisfaction.

Methodology
|
A short self completion survey was handed out and collected from customers by the Meals on Wheels drivers and/or volunteers.

Overview
|
The survey included questions about the quality of meals, the delivery time and temperature of meals, plus staff in the Meals on Wheels office.
