Council Tax is the tax paid for all Council services. The amount payable is based on the valuation banding for the property set by the Inland Revenue. The tax levied is made up of three separate elements from Spelthorne Borough Council (11.3%), Surrey County Council (75.3%) and the Surrey Police (13.4%).
