The Spelthorne Council Emergency Plan contains information and advice that will enable staff to respond effectively to major incidents that may affect the Borough. The aim of Emergency Planning is to ensure that local authorities respond to a major emergency effectively.

We will achieve this by encouraging a partnership approach and continually improving, monitoring and updating our service. This plan should be read in conjunction with related publications issued by Surrey Local Resilience Forum.
