From 30 June to 16 September 2010 the Council is consulting with a number of key stakeholders, such as Spelthorne councillors, Surrey Police and Surrey County Council on a review of its Licensing Policy 2008 to 2011.

Under the Licensing Act 2003 there is a legal requirement for this Council to review and update its policy every three years. The existing policy expires on 5 January 2011.

We would also welcome your views on this consultation exercise. A copy of the draft Licensing Policy 2011-2014 can be found on the link below, along with an e-form consultation questionnaire, which can be submitted on-line, to assist in your response.

Alternatively, please write to the Licensing Manager: environmental.health.commercial@spelthorne.gov.uk
