Project Management in Spelthorne

We have a formally adopted approach to programme and project management in Spelthorne that is widely understood and utilised.

Risk management has been integrated into our approach to managing change, projects and programmes.

Spelthorne’s project management framework

Spelthorne's framework details how projects should be managed and within the Council there is ongoing training for staff involved with project work.

Spelthorne keeps a prioritised Project Register which tracks the status of projects and is used in Performance Management Clinics, giving management robust information for decision making.

During 2010-11 we are reviewing our project management procedures and process to make improvements where we can.
