Description: On 22nd January 1996 the Council transferred its entire housing stock to Spelthorne Housing Association (a not for profit organisation sponsored by the Council) which is now part of the Apex Housing Group. Nominations are made to vacancies in the stock from the Spelthorne Housing Register, which is run jointly by the Council and all the Housing Associations with properties in the Borough.
