Description: The Local Plan Proposals Map includes proposals for the development of specific sites and notations showing the area covered by specific policies of the plan. Not all land is subject to notations and land is not necessarily “zoned” for a particular purpose. The new Local Development Framework will eventually replace the Local Plan, see the Planning Policy and Implementation section of the web site for more information.
