Responsible Authority: Surrey Registration Service
Service Area: Weybridge Register Office
Description: Every death in England and Wales must be registered in the district in which the death takes place within five days of the death. The person who registers the death must take the medical certificate issued by the doctor who treated the deceased to the registrar’s office.
