Spelthorne Tree Wardens are a group of volunteers who plant and maintain trees in our community.  The national tree wardens scheme was established by the Tree Council after the great storm of 1987 to enable people to play an active roll in conserving and enhancing their local trees and woods.

Spelthorne Tree Wardens celebrated its tenth year in 2006 and the group supplies and plants over 150 standard size trees annually.  If you would like a tree planted for a small donation (£30-35), please get in contact with us.

More information can be found on the Surrey Tree Wardens website. www.surreytreewardens.org.uk (external website)
