The Local Development Scheme (LDS) sets out the programme for preparing the various parts/documents of the LDF. Local authorities must submit the LDS to the Secretary of State within six months of commencement of Part two of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. The progress of the LDS will be monitored and reviewed through the Annual Monitoring Report (AMR). The Council's 'second revision' to the Local development Scheme was effective from 17 April 2007. |
