The following headings provide links which will help you find out about planning applications - both current applications which have not been determined and those which have been determined. You can search for applications either by application number, if you know it already, or by property or site address. This list is updated daily. You can also search for applications in the date order they have been submitted via our weekly lists of applications. Our weekly list is issued every Thursday (except the first Thursday after Christmas).
When you use the above links to search for applications by application number or address when you find the application you want you will be able to view application drawings and supporting documents by clicking on the ‘associated documents’ tab and then clicking ‘view associated documents’. A list of all the applications documents will appear for you to select the document you want to see. (Please note documents are only available to view on applications submitted since 28 November 2005). Information is updated each working day. For some of these you will need software capable of reading PDF documents - the software can be downloaded from the Adobe website.
When you have found the application you want (see above) select the 'submit comments' box. You can complete a form and submit your comments electronically.

This lets you see a weekly list of applications decided. Select the 'decided' button on that page and choose the weekly list date you want to view. A weekly list is issued every Thursday (except the Thursday after Christmas).
Copies of the decision notices including conditions and reasons for refusal
Decision notices setting out condition or reasons for refusal can be found by selecting the application you want to look at (see above) and clicking the ‘associated documents’ tab. All decision notices since 28 November 2005 are available. Please note you will be viewing an electronic version of the notice which does not have a signature because it is applied manually to the original notice only. Our electronic copies have the same legal status as the originals. Information is updated each working day.
