Check any “constraints” associated with a site, including information relating to flood risk, Tree Preservation Orders, Conservation Areas, Listed Buildings, Article 4 Directions, Green Belt and Removal of Permitted Development Rights.
View whether an appeal has been lodged and any appeal decisions (NB this information is updated daily);
View details of historic applications;
View property details by reference to a map; and
View recent Planning Committee Reports and Decision Notices.
Online access to the Enforcement Register. View copies of Enforcement Notices and Breach of Condition Notices served over the past five years. (NB This information is updated daily – information on new Enforcement Notices will be available online within one working day and a copy of the notice will be available within five working days).
Information relating to Contaminated Land is available via the Environmental Health pages. There are currently no sites within this Borough designated as Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty
Copies of documents and plans submitted with applications after the 28 November 2005 can be viewed under the “associated documents” tab. Copies of all the drawings and associated documents are also available for viewing at the Council Offices, Knowle Green, Staines during normal office hours.
It is possible to print copies of plans, but please note that once printed these may not be to scale. Please contact the Planning Department via planning.development.control@spelthorne.gov.uk if you require clarification.
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the data, some of the planning information contained within the site is at present incomplete prior to 28 November 2005 and must not be used as a substitute for carrying out a formal “Land Charge Search”.
