Seven alternative site allocations have been put forward by respondents to the public consultation on the submitted development plan documents. The sites are listed below and by clicking on the address you can see the details that have been submitted:

All comments received will be passed to the independent Planning Inspector who will be considering the proposed changes as part of her examination of our Development Plan Documents.


Site Proposed alternative allocation
1 Christ the King RC School, Falcon Drive, Stanwell Allocate for housing
2 Vacant land at Station Road, Shepperton
between the road and the railway
Allocate for housing
3 Mimosa Court, Littleton Road, Ashford Delete site from proposed designated employment area
4 Shepperton centre Delete the centres proposed designation as an employment area or alternatively amend the boundary to delete only the area north of Laleham Road/ Green Lane
5 Site of processing plant and adjoining uses at Littleton Lane Quarry, Littleton Lane, Shepperton Designate as an employment area
6 Former tennis courts and St Paul’s School building complex, The Ridings, Lower Sunbury Delete the site from the area of designated urban open space
7 Area north of Beechwood Avenue and including Kenynton Drive and Churchill Way, Sunbury Extend area of designated urban open space to the south to include this area
