You can view all planning applications submitted to the Council on ‘Planning Applications Online’, which is updated daily.

Paper copies of planning applications, drawings and associated documents are also available for viewing at the Council Offices, Knowle Green, Staines during normal office hours.

You can search for applications either by application number or by property or site address.  You can also search for applications in the order they have been submitted via our weekly list of applications.

Search by application number or property address You can search for a planning application if you know the application number or part/all of the address.
Weekly list of new planning applications and decisions The weekly list tab shows all the planning applications either validated or decided each week.  Select either 'validated' or 'decided' from the drop-down list and then choose the date range you wish to view.
Viewing application drawings and supporting documents Once you have found the application you want you will be able to view all the application drawings and supporting documents by selecting the 'documents' tab and then then ‘view associated documents’.  Please note documents are only available to view on applications submitted since 28 November 2005.  For some of these you will need software capable of reading PDF documents - the software can be downloaded from the Adobe website (external website)
Measuring drawings It is now possible to measure drawings on-line when viewing documents via the 'documents' tab. Help and guidance is provided on setting the scale and measuring distances on-line (Word 39kb).
How to comment on current applications Once you have found the application you want select 'comment on this application' and complete and submit the form.  Please note it is only possible to submit comments on an application which has not yet been decided.

All comments submitted on an application will be shown in 'associated documents'.  Personal details will be removed (signatures, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses) but not names and postal addresses.
