To provide a permanent record, and to make information readily available to the public and to those with an interest in land, the Council maintains a register of all regulatory action in respect of the remediation of contaminated land. The register includes specified details about the condition of the land, and the remediation actions carried out. Specifically, Schedule 3 of the Environmental Information Regulations requires information to be kept on the register in respect of: -
