This form can be used to make a payment using a credit or debit card for a private hire operator's licence.
Fees are as follows:
Up to ten PHV's: £185
More than ten PHV's £285
Payment can be made once an application has been received by Spelthorne Borough Council and you have received a reference number. This reference number must be quoted when making the payment. Once payment has been received, your licence will be issued by Spelthorne Borough Council.
