Aimed at young people aged 5 - 25 and their siblings, Spelthorne disability sport club provides opportunities to play a range of sports.

Activities and sports

  • Boccia
  • new age curling
  • trampolining
  • tri golf
  • uni hoc
Some weeks, sports coaches provide more structured sessions in sports such as athletics and rugby.  During School holidays activities such as canoeing and waterskiing are often arranged

When? Saturdays 10.15-11.45am (term time)
Where? Spelthorne Leisure Centre, Knowle Green, Staines TW18 1AJ
How much? £4 a session (£2 for siblings) payable on the day.

All sessions are overseen by enthusiastic volunteers although parents/guardians are encouraged to stay on side during the sessions.  Come and try - first session free
