On Saturday 21 October 2006 the newly refurbished Spelthorne Museum was opened by Michael Aspel.

Access to the Elmsleigh Room is through the Library for "The History of Spelthorne" opening hours are, Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9.30am - 5pm. Tuesdays and Thursdays 9.30am-8pm.  Saturdays 9.30am-4pm.  

Access to the Thames Room for further displays and the Museum shop will be as follows: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday closed.  Wednesdays and Fridays 2pm - 4pm.  Saturdays 1pm-4pm.

The Museum is entirely run by volunteers, if you are interested in volunteering behind the scenes, on the education team or front of house dealing with visitors please get in touch. The nearest car parks are the Tothill multi storey or the Riverside Car Park in Memorial Gardens.
