The last strategy "Looking Forward to the Millennium" made a significant impact with leisure provision and development, and now, with "A Leisure & Culture Strategy for Spelthorne" we hope to build on the progress that we have made.

Developments will include:

This strategy has been produced after extensive consultation with the community and is for the community of Spelthorne. It is a guide to enable the Borough Council to lead the development and implementation of strategic change and improvement throughout the Borough. I hope you will find the strategy informative and that you look forward to an exciting future in Spelthorne.

Councillor Frank Davies, Leader of the Council
