Spelthorne Borough Council has successfully booked Strangface Theatre Company’s production of ‘The Last Resort’ during its South East England tour. The performance will take place at Stanwell Village Hall, High Street, Stanwell on Saturday 3 May 2008 at 6:30pm.

Strangeface Theatre Company create family performances using a mix of physical performance, masks and live music. The company have been described as ‘Spitting Image meets Wallace and Gromit’.

The performance is suitable for anyone aged eleven and over.  In addition to the lively performance, the company invites the audience to have a closer look at the masks and puppets at the end of the show.

This performance is the second family performance to be brought to Stanwell Village Hall and the sixth professional show to be brought to Spelthorne’s audiences.

Tickets cost £4.50 for adults, £3.50 for over 60’s and NUS students and £2.50 for under 16’s. Tickets can be purchased by calling customer services on 01784 451499.
