The Council Offices are situated at Knowle Green, Staines, just outside the Town Centre.  The offices are near the M25 and M3 Motorways, and Staines British Rail Station.

Directions

By car: From the M25 exit at Junction 13 and follow directions for Staines.  From there, the Council Offices are clearly signposted.

By rail: Staines British Rail Station is located on the Waterloo-Reading line, and is a few minutes walk from the Council Offices.  For information on train times telephone National Rail Enquiries on 0845 748950.

By bus: There is a bus stop near the Council Offices and the 117 (Staines to West Middlesex Hospital), 290 (Staines to Twickenham) and 517 (Staines to Halliford) stop there at regular intervals.  For further information take a look at the bus and train page on Surrey County Councils.

Parking:

Visitors parking: Please park in the visitor's car park.  If necessary, further parking is available at the rear of the building.

Cycle parking: Cycling parking is situated to the right of the entrance ramp, adjacent to the main entrance to the building.  Alternative covered parking is available at the rear of the building.

Security:

All visitors are required to sign on entry and exit, and wear identification badges.

Smoking:

The Council Offices have been designated non-smoking.

On arrival:

Visitors for all Council departments should report to the Main (East Wing) Reception. Visitors for the Community/Business Link Centre should report to the West Wing Reception. Both reception areas have disabled access and lifts to all floors.
