| Aims | This document provides a strategic approach to the management and maintenance of the all the Council’s operational and non operational land and property. |
| Overview | This is the third annual asset management plan produced by the Council and it compliments the Council’s Capital Strategy. The Plan details existing asset management arrangements and the planned actions to improve corporate asset use in Spelthorne. The Council has no housing stock, having transferred this in 1996 and the majority of its assets relate to leisure and community use. Its major operational assets are two Leisure Centres, the Council Depot, The Council offices and town centre car parks. The only major non-operational asset the Council holds is its freehold interest in the Elmsleigh Shopping Centre in Staines. |
