The Executive and Committees

The Executive:

Meetings: Executive meetings are held in the Goddard Room and start at 5.00pm.  The agenda for each meeting will indicate the day and date, the start time and the place.
Agendas and Records of Decisions: Paper copies of the agenda for the Executive are only circulated to the nine Executive Members appointed by the Council.  The agendas and reports for Executive meetings are available for the public and other councillors on the Spelthorne website and a paper copy is placed in the Members' Room.  Records of decisions taken at meetings of the Executive are available for the public and members of the Council on the Spelthorne website.

Meetings: The agenda for each meeting will indicate the day and date, the start time and the place.  The normal arrangements are:-

Planning Committee meetings are held in the Council Chamber and start at 7.00pm.

Licensing Committee meetings are held in the Council Chamber and start at 7.30pm.

Improvement and Development and Performance and Management and Review Committees are held in either the Council Chamber or the Goddard Room and start at 7.30pm.

Standards Committee meetings are held in the Goddard Room and start at 7.30pm.

Area Forums - these are held twice yearly at venues within the five main geographical areas of the Borough of Ashford, Shepperton, Staines, Stanwell and Sunbury.  Area Forum meetings are held at different venues for each meeting and start at 7pm.
