To approve the Minutes of the meeting dated 11 October, 2007 as a correct record (copy attached).

4. DISCLOSURES OF INTEREST
To receive any disclosures of interest from Members in accordance with the Overview and Scrutiny Procedure Rules.

5. BOROUGH YOUTH PLAN - UPDATE
To receive an update presentation and scrutinise the Draft Borough Youth Plan to be presented by the Head of Community Services. Surrey County Council’s Youth Officer for Spelthorne has been invited to attend this meeting.

6. CLIMATE CHANGE - SPELTHORNE RESPONSE
To receive a presentation and scrutinise what Spelthorne is doing in response to Climate Change to be presented by the Head of Environment Services.

7. EXECUTIVE FORWARD PLAN
To consider the current Executive Forward Plan outlining the issues it will consider over the next few months and to decide if there are any which the Committee wishes to scrutinise in detail as part of its Work Programme. (Copy attached)

8. ISSUES FOR FUTURE MEETINGS
Members of the Committee are asked to suggest items for consideration by this Committee at future meetings as part of its Work Programme.

9. BUSINESS IDENTIFIED BY THE LEAD OFFICER TO THE SCRUTINY COMMITTEE AND AGREED BY THE CHAIRMAN
