  2. To appoint a Chairman for the Municipal Year 2006/2007.

  3. To confirm the Minutes of the meeting held on 9 May 2006

  4. To appoint a Vice-Chairman for the Municipal Year 2006/2007.

  5. Task Groups

    (1) Grants Task Group

    To appoint five Members to serve on the Grants Task Group.  The current Members are Councillors Fullbrook, Hirst [lead member], Jaffer, James and Mrs. Ponton.

    (2) Recycling and Refuse Collection Scheme Task Group

    To appoint five Members to serve on the Recycling and Refuse Collection Scheme Task Group.

    (3) Leisure and Culture Strategy Task Group

    To appoint four Members to serve on the Leisure and Culture Strategy Task Group, together with the Chairperson, who will be the Executive Portfolio Holder for Children and Young People Services.
