This Forward Plan sets out the key decisions which the Council expects to take during the next four months.   In practical terms, a key decision is one to be taken by the Council’s Executive which involves expenditure or savings of £100,000 or more or is an issue which has Borough wide significance or is one on which the Council believes the Spelthorne community would expect to be notified or consulted.

The agenda for each Executive meeting will normally be published at least seven working days before the meeting and will be available for inspection at the Council Offices, Knowle Green, Staines TW18 1XB, and on the Council’s website (www.spelthorne.gov.uk)  Officer reports on each decision to be taken will be attached to the agenda.

Anyone wishing to make representations on a decision should submit them in writing as soon as possible to the relevant Contact Officer or Portfolio Holder at the Council Offices, either by letter or e-mail.   All officer e-mail addresses follow the same format – initial.surname@spelthorne.gov.uk.   All Portfolio Holder e-mail addresses follow the same format – cllr.surname@spelthorne.gov.uk, (e.g. cllr.packman@spelthorne.gov.uk).   Any representations made less than three days before the relevant meeting should be sent to the Head of Committee Services, Richard Powell at the Council Offices (or committee.services@spelthorne.gov.uk)
