| The Place Survey |
Spelthorne Borough Council and Surrey County Council are currently surveying a random sample of 2,500 households across the Borough. The survey includes questions on what makes a good place to live, what most needs improving in the area and local public services. The findings from the survey will be used to see how well we and our partners are delivering local services and what needs to be done differently in the future. All local authorities across England are required to carry out the survey and the format and questions have been specified by the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG). It is hoped over 1,000 people will take part and the results will be published in a future edition of our Bulletin magazine. |
