Survey FAQ's
| Date | July 2008 |
| Aims | This survey was originally undertaken in 2005 and established a baseline of satisfaction with Spelthorne as a place to live and the four priorities for improving young people’s lives of safety, transport, facilities/ activities, and information. The survey was repeated in 2008 to help the Council measure and track changes in how young people rate these aspects. Young people have been one of the Council’s corporate priorities since 2003. |
| Methodology | A short two page survey was distributed to young people via the borough's secondary schools. |
| Response Rate | 4 out of the borough's 6 state secondary schools took part in the survey and a total of 1,123 young people responded. |
