NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE REVIEW OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Bargain Booze Groveley Road Sunbury
An application has been made to Spelthorne Borough Council for a review of the licence relating to the above premises. (A review is a process that enables a licence to be brought before a licensing sub committee).
People who live or work near the premises may add their own representations to the licensing authority in connection with this review should they wish to do so.
The grounds for the review are as follows:

Representations must be made using a form available from the council offices, and must be made between
16 October 2007 and 13 November 2007

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000
