We have a formally adopted approach to programme and project management in Spelthorne that is widely understood and utilised.

Spelthorne’s project management framework

Spelthorne's framework details how projects should be managed and within the Council over 65 members of staff and managers have been trained.

Project managment software (Work.Together) supports project managers by allowing information on projects to be shared across all departments of the Council.

There is a Project Register which tracks the status of projects and is used in Performance Management Clinics.
