Special Overview and Scrutiny Meeting - 20 October 2010
A special meeting of Spelthorne Council’s Overview and Scrutiny Committee has been called to discuss the proposed development of an Eco Park at Charlton Lane, Shepperton.

The meeting will take place at The John Crook Theatre, Halliford School, Ruusell Road, Shepperton on Wednesday 20 October at 7.30pm.

The deadline for receiving questions about the proposed Eco Park was Friday 15 October 2010.

Time: 7.30pm

The meeting to consider the proposed development of an Eco Park for Charlton Lane, Shepperton will cover three main areas:

  1. Presentation - To receive a presentation on the proposal from Surrey County Council representatives
  2. Questions and Answers Session – Committee members to ask questions submitted by residents and other interested parties
  3. Summary and close
