General Household Satisfaction Survey
Every three years all local authorities are required (by the Government's Department for Communities and Local Government) to carry out a general household survey of residents.
This survey includes questions on what makes a good place to live, what most needs improving in the local area and satisfaction with key council services, including waste collection and leisure activities.
Over 2,500 surveys were sent out and 55% of households responded after two reminders.
