Meals on Wheels Satisfaction Survey

Aims The Council's Independent Living Team regularly surveys customers in order to monitor levels of customer satisfaction.
Methodology A short self completion survey was handed out and collected from customers by the Meals on Wheels drivers and/or volunteers.
Overview The survey included questions about the quality of meals, the delivery time and temperature of meals, plus staff in the Meals on Wheels office.
Main Findings The results continue to show high levels of satisfaction with this service.
