Leaflet 6
LEAFLET 6: HOUSING ASSOCIATION PROPERTIES IN SPELTHORNE
This leaflet is intended to help you to make informed choices about landlords, areas and types of property when you fill in your application form. The Council and its Housing Association partners are developing more housing throughout the borough over the coming years. However it obviously is better to have some idea of what's available where, although you should bear in mind that no-one knows when or if any of the properties will become available for a new tenant. The figures are not totally exact as some properties can get purchased by the tenant under the Right to Buy.

The first part of the leaflet shows what are called "general needs" properties - these are houses, flats, maisonettes and bungalows of all sizes which are not restricted only to special groups of people. The second part shows "special needs" properties which are restricted only to special groups.

Abbreviations are used for the Housing Associations - a key is at the end of the leaflet.
