Definition: This Class consists of the agendas, reports and minutes of the Council, Executive and other committee meetings since April 2000, including background papers referred to in the reports but excluding any document containing exempt or confidential information as defined by Local Government Act 1972.  Minutes prior to April 2000 are available on request at the Council Offices.  Copies of minutes are subject to a fee to cover photocopying (see Council’s fees and charges).
