Spelthorne Health and Social Care Partnership
The Spelthorne Health and Social Care Partnership is a multi-agency partnership, which aims to improve health and social care in Spelthorne with appropriate services for everyone.

It promotes consultation with health service users and carers through a number of forums that feed into the Partnership:
  • Spelthorne forum for older people
  • Spelthorne learning disabilities forum
  • Spelthorne physical and sensory disabilities forum
  • Children with disabilities forum
  • Patient forum
  • Mental Health forum
  • Spelthorne Carers Forum

The Partnership deals with the healthy Spelthorne section of the Spelthorne Community Plan, planning how to meet the targets and monitoring progress.
