Cruse Cruse Bereavement Care is an organisation that offers advice, support and counselling for people who are grieving.  It has a dedicated Young Person's Helpline - freephone 0808 808 1677.

Anti-bullying Network This sites provides useful information and advice for young people, parents and teachers.

BBC website The BBC website provides a lot of useful information on bullying issues.

Bullying Online Help and advice if you are having a hard time and information on how to stay safe.  The site provides help with school projects, problem pages and much more. This site is suitable for parents and children.

Childline bullying factsheet Childline is a confidential counselling service for any issues affecting young people. Telephone 0800 1111 anytime if you need help with a problem. Textphone service on 0800 400222.

Don't suffer in silence This site is provided by the Department for education and skills (Dfes).  The site aims to provide information for teachers, parents and families.

Kidscape Kidscape is committed to keeping children safe from harm and abuse.  They are the only National Charity dedicated to preventing bullying and child abuse.  The site provides useful information for parents, children/young people and professionals.

Stop Text Bully This site has been set up to help beat text bullies.  The site gives you help and advice on dealing with bullying by text, calls, email, photos, web and more.
TeenGrowth.com TeenGrowth provides help and advice on how to deal with bullying and what forms bullying can take.

Radio 1 The Radio 1 site provides advice on different types of drugs, their affects and the risks.  Smoking and alcohol related risks are also covered.

SADAS Spelthorne's Drugs Project - offers advice, information and counselling

Surrey Police Surrey Police have useful information about drugs on their youth website.
The site.org This site provides useful information on drinking and drug taking.  It gives information on all types of drugs, including smoking, their affects, the risks and the law.  It also provides a question and answer area.

Citizens Advice Bureau The CAB offers free advice and helps solve problems including debt and consumer issues, benefits, housing, legal matters and employment.
Disability Advice and Information A site that provides many useful links on all aspects and types of disability as well as information on legislation, disability right and the European Year of Disabled People 2003.
