Duty Rota

There will no longer be duty face to face until further notice. The Duty rota by phone will continue, the telephone number is 01784 446282.

The duty officer will be available as per below:

Monday:  10am - 12 noon
Wednesday:  2-4pm
Friday:  10am - 12 noon

Planning Enforcement

Whilst the Coronavirus situation continues Spelthorne Borough Council will NOT be providing a full Enforcement Service and non-urgent site visits will NOT be undertaken.

If you have an enforcement query/complaint or you wish to report a breach of planning permission, please consider its urgency before contacting the Council.

The nature and urgency of your query/complaint will be assessed,  by the Enforcement team, whose contact details are below, and who will keep you informed of the progress of the complaint

Planning Development Management will endeavour to continue to provide pre-application advice.  However, this will be in written form only.  No meetings will take place at the present time.
