airAlert is a free service to help people with asthma and COPD manage their conditions when air quality is poor. While air pollution levels in Spelthorne are generally low, there are some days when they are capable of causing short-term health problems for people with respiratory problems.
The airAlert service informs users when pollution levels are expected to be elevated, either by voicemail, text or email, to help them manage their health more effectively. There is also an airAlert app which can be downloaded.
