The gaming centre applied for a planning application, which was refused by Spelthorne Borough Council three times, which led to the applicant appealing to the Planning Inspectorate where a public hearing was held on the 26 March 2025. The Government Planning Inspector then approved the application with a planning condition of operating hours from 9am - 11pm.
