Homeless in an emergency:

During office hours, please call our Housing Options team on 01784 446380. If you become homeless after the offices shut, please contact our out of hours service on 0300 123 7718.

If you are aged 16 or 17-years-old, you can contact Surrey's Children's Single Point of Access (C-SPA) by phone on 0300 470 9100 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) or send an email to cspa@surreycc.gov.uk. If you need to contact someone outside of these times, call the Emergency Duty Team on 01483 517898.
