Spelthorne Borough Council holds no data to indicate the presence of Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) in Council properties.
The Council is aware that RAAC can be found or has been used as construction material on flat roofs, walls, floors in buildings constructed between 1950 and 1990. As a precautionary measure, a non-destructive survey by a specialist has been instructed to provide technical advice going forward on Council owned buildings that were constructed during this period.
Once the survey has been completed the Council will provide an update.
