Spelthorne in Bloom has once again celebrated the creativity and dedication of the Borough’s green-fingered residents and businesses, whose hard work continues to make Spelthorne a brighter, cleaner and greener place to live.

The winners of this year’s competition were announced at a special celebration evening held on 3 November at Notcutts Garden Centre in Staines-upon-Thames. The event brought together members of the local community, volunteers and sponsors to recognise the outstanding efforts that enhance the beauty and sustainability of our neighbourhoods.

Speakers on the night included Spelthorne in Bloom Chair, Nick Wood-Dow DL; Notcutts General Manager, Stuart Blight; Mayor of Spelthorne, Cllr John Doran; the High Sheriff of Surrey, Peter Cluff; Spelthorne MP, Lincoln Jopp MC; Surrey Police Borough Commander, Matthew Walton; Leader of Spelthorne Council, Cllr Joanne Sexton; and Spelthorne Council’s Chief Executive, Daniel Mouawad.
