Garden waste payments
We are currently experiencing a high-volume of calls, if your query is regarding garden waste, please note you have until the 31 March to make this payment. Please note this payment does not affect your collections in March.
The garden waste link for renewing your service is now working, please if you have received your letter use the link https://www.spelthorne.gov.uk/garden-waste to renew your service for April 2026.
If you wish to take out a new garden waste service this is currently not working and the team are working to get this resolved as soon as possible. We will update with further progress.
