Public notice
Notice is hereby given that Spelthorne Borough Council has made an Order under section 32 and 35 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (County of Surrey) (Borough of Spelthorne) Order 2006 and in compliance with the Local Authorities’ Traffic Order (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 and under all other enabling powers, the effect of which is to vary charges to be paid in connection with the use of the above Off Street Parking Pay and Display parking places as detailed in the Schedule set out below.

The Order comes into operation on 8 September 2026.
A copy of the Order and schedules may be inspected at the offices of Spelthorne Borough Council at the address given below during office hours, 9am and 5pm, Monday to Thursday and 9am to 12 noon on Fridays (excluding bank and public holidays).
