Stanwell, Stanwell Moor & Ashford North replacement postal voting packs - despatch date
Electors in Stanwell, Stanwell Moor & Ashford North wards who vote via post will be sent new yellow ballot papers today, Monday 27 April, by First Class Royal Mail.
Your original white ballot paper had an error instructing you to vote for one candidate, when you can in fact vote for up to two candidates.
If you are affected, please follow these steps:
• do not complete the original white ballot paper pack
• please securely destroy the white pack or you can return it to the Council Offices at Knowle Green and we will destroy confidentially
• when you receive the new ballot paper which will be in yellow, please complete and return as normal
• please do not mix and match ballot papers
