Planning fees

Effective from 01 April 2025:

The current fee for a domestic application is £528.

Planning applications should preferably be made via the Planning Portal. If this is not possible, hard copy applications will be accepted and there will be a charge of £100 for this, and a £75 charge for applications submitted via email.
