The BT webpage which contains instructions for reporting damaged cabinets can be found at https://www.bt.com/help/landline/fix-a-problem/how-can-i-report-damage-to-bt-cables--poles--cabinets-or-manhole  You can call 0800 023 2023 and choose Option 1. A customer services advisor will ask for the nearest post code for the location of the cabinet. A reference number should be given to you at the end of the call.

Reporting damage to Virgin Media Cabinets

You can report a damaged cabinet by calling 0330 333 0444. This is an automated service and you will be asked a series of questions. Please make sure you have enough information as possible including the nearest post code to the location of the cabinet. A reference number will be given to you at the end of the call.
